Otto the Octopus, a talented sea flower arranger, initially prefers to work alone. He gently dismisses Sammy the Seal's request to learn, making Sammy feel sad. Later, Otto discovers Sammy struggling to make a flower arrangement for his sick grandmother and, feeling empathy, apologizes. They decide to combine their unique talents, creating a beautiful arrangement that brings joy to Sammy's grandmother. They become best friends, teaching others the value of cooperation and different abilities.
